S & N Wellness is an NDIS provider practicing in back support services for people with disabilities. Our objective is to provide clients and their families personalised NDIS services as well as access to improvements and preparing programs that offer assistance in the long run. Our aim is to make strides with our participants and encourage their autonomy and self-sufficiency of our members to assist them to live a life without having to rely on others.

Our staff have experience working in Nursing, aged care, Australian Border Force, mental health and the disability sector, as well as worked in special schools. Our experiences have taught us to be committed, compassionate and empathetic. Being personally involved in the lives of individuals who face challenges has allowed us to make a difference by supporting our participants in achieving their goals and living their best life.

 

More specifically our roles have involved, supporting residents in residential houses, SIL accommodation setting, social support, transportation to medical appointments, recreational activities and supporting participants with complex needs and many more.
